I guess it's because ZOS doesn't cater to the chinese market like Blizzard does.

No panda skin for the Wardens Bear yet, except that ugly slate gray one. Though you can ride one (it’s a masked bear but close enough) 🐼





The skin was asked for quite a bit, so you never know. I mean ZoS does cater to the East Asian market, as many other A-list titles do!!

You could try some panda pics on their twitter, asking for a selection of Warden Bear Skins. A lot of people have wanted them for years....

I am quite sure TES has at one point or another has had almost every creature that has ever lived on Earth, even Dinosaurs are a possibility, you don't know what creatures lived in the early merethnic era or what live on Akavir or what lived on Yokuda, you do not know what lives among the tens of thousands of realms of Oblivion and you certainly do not know what lives in regions of Tamriel we have yet to explore.
