Necromancer Skeleton Mage/Arcanist doesnt trigger Elemental Catalyst Electricity debuff

The pet from the necromancer doesnt seem to trigger the debuff received by the Stone Garden set Elemental Catalyst.

✭✭Since it's technically a pet performing the attack, and not you directly, it doesn't count towards the proc conditions.0 -

Other pets work like the Twilight pet and the summoned scamp. SO its pretty much an oversight.0
