Jagged Grotto No Loot

Playing on PS4 NA server. The Jagged Grotto nereid boss in Malabol Tor is not dropping loot. She just disappears literally seconds after defeat. A few years ago I farmed Spinner's weapons from the same exact boss but nowadays it seems broken. An investigation and fix would be most appreciated thank you
