Add-On for Day/Night cycles in tamriel

I have recently become quite fond of farming resource nodes at night. It's fun to see the glowing wisps of light at a greater distance, run to it, and then see 2 or 3 other glowing wisps in the distance. The problem is, I don't know when night occurs, and it's just by chance that it's night in tamriel when I'm playing. Is there an add-on that tracks Tamriel time, and allows you to gauge when (in real time) night will fall?

I think maybe the OP was asking for something that would track when night is when they are outside of the game, as it is fairly obvious when it is night while you are in the game.
