Hunters Glade. PC/NA. You need EHT anyway so I'll just identify it through the HUB: Category is SF and Space Name is LURIA WARLORD TOWER
I recommend EHT 1726 as it gives me the least heartburn of all the 17XX series.
You just need any character on the NA server, any level. Watch your step.
There are two copies of the Traveler's Book. The Traveler's Book is located in two pretty obvious places for a book.

Three people visited as soon as I opened up yesterday and missed the book. You could go back I guess.
