Vampire Nightblade can't cast Incapacitating Strike

When you are a vampire and reach 120 ultimate your ultimate ability slot changes and makes that little highlight effect but you wont be able to cast it untill you reach increased ultimate cost with your vampire level. So for example it is not possible to cast your ultimate when you are at 120-126 ultimate, even the not upgraded stunning one! I had this problem accured while both with New Moon Acolyte set equipped and not equipped.
