1) New permission: "open."

If set to "yes," people can visit the house even if I am not there.
So in addition to "primary" there should be a submenu with the houses I have set to "open".

2) Make a house where the floorplan is somewhat customizable.

Allow us to alter the floorplan
Allow us to alter the condition of the walls, etc. (Repair ruined walls, repaint, etc). You could potentially charge materials for doing thins.

As for the first item, I think it's already there. My house can be visited even if I'm not even loged in.
And it works for every house any given player have. (granted, you have to use a command to reach non-primary one, and that's annoying)

For the second item, yes, that would be awesome indeed !

Yeah, repairing would be nice. When I started playing ESO for three months I thought that this rubbish on the floor in Hall of the Lunar Champion is permanent. So when I discover it could be removed - pleasant surprise xd
