Trial and arena leaderboard scores bugged for one character

Hi! I noticed this week that trial and arena scores/records on at least one of my characters seem to be bugged. I play on PC EU, and I have done Maelstrom arena with that character four times within a week, and originally (on Wednesday/Thursday if I remember correctly) the leaderboard for the weekly solo arena was working fine and I could see my characters weekly score, placement on the list and her best score so far in the leaderboard section. But today, when I went to check the situation, the leaderboard section shows no score at all for this week, no placement and even the Maelstrom arena's general section seems like I would not have done the arena at all (no best score at all). I can see other players being listed in both sections, so it's not completely broken.

Also; due to this I went through all the trials I had done with that specific character and apparently the game thinks I don't have a score from vSunspire at all either, even though I've done it several times even within the last month. On the other hand I'm still able to see my best scores from several other trials.

Any insights on this? Initially I thought I probably had fallen out from the top score list and that the score got bugged because of that. But after I noticed that Sunspire doesn't register either, I started to wonder what's going on here. Does it get bugged if you get lower score from something after a better one? My Maelstrom scores were working fine for the first two tries when the score initially got better, but now that I struggled a bit bit and the last two score were lower than the second try, I can't see the best score anymore.

Update: Maelstrom score got fixed after the weekly reset, but Sunspire score is still missing.

I just found this and know it is an old post. But I am having the same bug now, on four of my characters. I have screenshots of getting clears at specific score, and no recorded score is shown on them for three trials, sunspire, kynes, and rockgrove.
