Instant invite when queing as 2, long waits queing as 3. Help?

As title says - when me and my friend queue as a tank and a healer for random normal we get invite instantly, every time. However, when another of our friends join, and we que for random normal as a tank, healer, dd, we wait up to 5-15 mins for one dungeon usually.

Why is that? We are 3 friends, but queing together for randoms with all our toons to get crystals is almost impossible. Shouldn’t the queue be also instant? This happens every time, not just single occasion. I’m on XboX EU.

Give the crown to the DPS in that group and have them queue in dungeon finder. For some reason there is no delay when that happens, but does happen if the tank or healer queues

I've noticed this same situation. I find priority goes to support roles, specifically healer in the queue for some reason. If you queue as tank + 2 dps, the queue will fill that healer spot near instantly. However, it seems to hang on filling a solo dps into the 4th slot if you queue as tank/heal/dps. It happens often enough to me that I feel there is an issue with role priority. It's highly unlikely there isn't a single solo dps in the queue waiting to join a group.

Tank and 2 dps the que pops very quickly. Tank, healer and dps it takes quite a while. So something seems broken.
