Then, stop hidding and continue attack.
And World Boss will not chase you around map.
Or wait for few other ppl who can keep boss busy.

    It is no gameplay issue.
When npc dont have target, they return to their place and reset.
More annoying is when you died and boss have 0.5% HP... And you must do it again...

Thats also, but it is annoying when the mobs just walk away and restore the HP, this go away with restarting HP is very annoying

This only happens if you get out of the fighting area. Learn to move within a smaller range.

Advise: ask for help on guild/zone chat. Someone will help you.

    NPCs are leashed, yeah.

    @HyekAr:
Try circling around the boss/NPC and leading him back near the center over and over.
It ensures you don't lead him too far away, and circling around him helps keep you behind him, so you can keep attacking from behind, and he can't hit you as often.

It's better than running too far away trying to avoid him.
The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.

What I was doing was , every X time with vamp hiding, just force him to do the skill..so the skill take him occupied for few secs and let me attack him. The bad part came when after reaching the middle of his life he just stopped and respown..

And this is not the first time.

Sometimes I see some mobs running after ppl and I try to kill them. But those just run away to their place.. it is annoying..

Or when I run, and find out that some mob is running behind so I stop to fight them and the respown running back.. this system I find it very annoying,
I hated it in Age of Conan, and here is the same.. why the did that..

Yeah, I remember that boss having a noticeably smaller-than-normal leash area.

That little island isn't even all viable fighting space -- you really need to keep him between the two broken halves of the ship, more or less. You'd think they'd let him wander his own island, but as you found out he just resets if you get him even remotely close to the water's edge.

The suggestion just to strafe around him rather than pull him in any direction is the right answer here. You can go invis to recuperate for only a few seconds at a time if you're the only target, so don't rely on it too heavily for boss fights when solo -- this applies to pretty much every enemy in the game, though.
