One thing I'd love is some sort of waypoint on the map to where new quests are (unless it is there and I'm blind or something). It's continually frustrating how I'll finish one quest but either forget to pick up the next quest from the nearby NPC or I'll decide to wait and start the next quest later. Then, when I actually want to continue the storyline and it has been a while since I last played, I have to use Google to find out where the next quest starts because the NPC is in some obscure location with no map markers.

Have you tried using the Zone Guide for that? You can click on the Start Zone Story or Continue Zone Story button which will pop the map up with a blue circle flashing around the next quest marker.

1)I play with a gamepad on PC so I don’t find the UI problematic but K&M UI can be improved but functionality wise both should remain same. What I would change to make ESO better.
1st: New UI for PC. Game should have a separate UI for PC users. Baldur's Gate (1-2-3) or WoW are the examples in which direction it should go. Personally, I think Baldur's Gate UI is more sensual and more fairy tale that this in WoW.
2nd:
You enter the inn, black screen (loading), inner.
You come out the inn, black screen, outdoor.
There should be no black screens and transparent walls in the game at all.
If you can not get rid of engine's weakness, create an illusion. You can display a very fast animation as our character is coming through eg: the door instead of black screen. Even the speed of our hero coming thru, could be kind of a loading progress bar .
3rd:
No public action house? That is not an innovation but by far a drawback. Public trade is one of these things that attract players into the game. Do you know that many players in WoW log in to the game just because of Action House?
4th:
More classes and races and more unique game style for them.
Thanks to developers for a wonderful world (maybe even as good as this one in WoW), for a good music, good storyline, very good dungeons and the number of them. I have not seen pvp yet, but seems it will be fine, as well.
