Are all the houses on all the different servers NA/EU/Console /PC look exactly the same?

✭✭✭Yes, the houses you can buy on EU / NA / consoles are all the same.
Houses may not *look* the same because PC players have access to AddOns that can add custom effects, unique item models, etc (but these are only visible to people who have the AddOn, they're not part of actual ESO - though you may have seen some videos with such effects).
And houses on the same account but different servers are not shared, so if you play on NA and have a decorated house, you won't have the same house if you switch to EU (as most 'account-wide' collections are actually server-wide).2
