Remove Health Recovery Penalty From Vampire?

Would you like to see the penalty to health recovery removed from being a vampire?

I personally say yes, for both lore AND balance reasons, vampire already suffers a lot so I feel they wouldn't be OP from this. On the lore side, it makes no sense that vampires heal slower (or not at all) than normal people.

But I'd love to hear your opinion!

    The whole vampire skill line is trash. If they insist on keeping it this way, they should at least offer two strains of vampirism, for those of us who want to be a vampire without our mere existence being punished.

    I don't care about the health regen penalty. Unless you are specifically building for health regen it is essentially useless or at least of dubious value. But for god's sake get rid of the non-vamp ability cost increase.

    If anything you should constantly lose health the lower your stage from blood starvation and have increased health recovery at higher stages for being so well fed.

    Don't care a out health regen, if their changing anything(which they won't as ZOS don't listen to feedback) give me a bat swarm gap closer and an ultimate option with no transformation.

    The entire Vampire skill tree is garbage. They should have stuck with the lore on it and not make it so nonsensical.

    Don't think it should be removed, or everyone would pick it up for undeath and such passives. Reducing it would be nice though. Not having regen is just annoying rather than a real consequence.

    They somehow went from having a vampire line that was cool to have, but had enough drawbacks to make it a choice, not BiS; and a Werewolf line that was pretty trash and only really worth having if you wanted to be a Werewolf ONLY...

    To having the same basic Werewolf line (modified, but still only really worth having if you are going to go WW, not WW mixed with a class of any sort) and a Vampire line that is all but worthless to have unless you go pure Vamp (not Vamp mixed with a class). The two are just about their own classes at this point, and not very good ones, at that.

    They need to go the other direction, make them additionals, like every other non-class skill line (that modifies the class to be a different build). As it sits, yeah, get rid of the health penalty, because Vamp is just dumpster fire right now.

    Apparently the new inside out one is more or less playable instead of being just a strong passive with skin condition penalty like the old one. It could take some adjustments but because the Zos adjustments tend to be rather rough, I would not recommend it.

    They already removed it from Mist Form, which is where the Vampire could make health recovery shine anyway. So why not. There is really no good reason to have it penalized. It's not like it makes them OP or anything.
