how do i get perfect roe and other rare material on PTS`?

hey i tried making food (since the testers lunchbox doenst include all foods) but i need perfect roe and white meat, however none of the boxes i opened has those ingredients... how do i get those rare mats on PTS ? i want to test difference between certain foods

You can get perfect roe from refining (scaling) fish that you catch in the waterways of Tamriel. It’s a rare item though — maybe 1 or 2 for every stack of 200 fish. Otherwise you’d have to buy it from guild traders.

White meat comes from killing certain mobs — animals like birds, chickens, or pigs (I think) have it and probably a few others.

I don't have PTS, but isn't there a box of food?

Sure I've seen someone open it on stream.

No, i mean during pts, without farming them, i simply want to test the food, and none of the boxes i opened gave them
