Only if they can teach their anti-cheat system the difference between a player warping around the map due to 3rd party software, or someone warping around the map because they are riding shotgun on a 2-seater mount.

That's just me though.

I'd still like it for questing with a friend BUT I still want a normal/veteran setting for overland so then questing with one friend would actually be enjoyable

Eventually we'll be able to mount Dragons in Cyrodiil like drop ships, and just drop a fire team of 12 players off at certain keeps Planetside 2 style.
