Inclusion by separation is not inclusion, it’s separation. The colour of your or anyone else’s skin is irrelevant to people like myself and many others who play ESO. Sadly we live in a society where segregating ourselves paints a target on ourselves. I have seen racism and homophobia in this game just like in society, I turn my back on it and refuse to give it oxygen. Sadly it’s a society issue, and that cannot be fixed by making a guild “selective only” conditions attached to it.2
