Please handicap BG teams of less than 4

Three times in a row, 3 times straight, I have had a BG team of 3. It's uncanny how often this happens. One of them started as a team of 4 and a guy left. The other 2 started as a team of 3 and no one joined. It was 3 the whole time.
If a team is unfortunate enough to have less teammates than everyone else, can we not give a small handicap? Such as POINTS + 1/4 or something like that? It doesn't seem fair to queue up a team of 3 against 2 teams of 4.

ThreeXB✭✭✭✭I ran into this too....just today I was in a group of 2 for capture the relic...2v4v4 and we got rolled hard. BG Q really needs to get fixed. BTW I q'd in solo BG Q1
