Which healing spells are ST/AOE/HOT? (CP stars)

I'm a little confused about which healing spells fall under which category. For example, is Breath of Life considered single-target? I think healers from all classes would benefit from this discussion and sharing of knowledge in order to choose the most appropriate CP stars.

The one that I can confirm through personal testing is that Ritual of Rebirth is an AOE instant heal with an additional single target instant heal.
