Half-Digested Document Pouch drop rate question.

Hey all, I've been farming dragons most nights for almost two years now. For most of that time, I'd say my drop rate on Half-Digested Document pouches was around 30-40%. Not great for the time invested, but not bad either. When Greymoor and Antiquities dropped, I farmed dragons like crazy because I thought they were the most consistent source of maps in the game.

About three weeks ago, my drop rate on these plummeted to just under 1 in 12, or about 8% This could just be a run of bad RNG (Or, for that matter, it might have been the end of a really long run of great RNG.) All my evidence is anecdotal, so I wanted to broaden my numbers a bit.

So, has anyone else who farms dragons seen a recent and dramatic fall in the rate of Document Pouch drops?

If it's just me, I can chalk it up to bad RNG and keep farming the things. But if it's others, I have to chalk it up to a truly baffling nerf and find other things to do, because I'm still farming dragons for maps, and they are definitely not worth my time investment for a drop rate this low.

All I can say is that it feels lower since Markarth, but I did not keep track of numbers before then. And even the harrowstorm drops seem to have been nerfed suddenly, not sure when exactly that happened but it went from "this is a thing I should do often because it pays off" to "no longer worth the time."

I'm not sure about recent, but I started doing dragon dailies again during the anniversary event, after maybe six months break, and it seemed noticeably lower to me.

Seems the same to me. I usually get them about 40% of the time.
