How underpowered are ball groups?

I'm happy to see the buffs for them, I always thought they were very underpowered. What other buffs for them would you like to see coming?

    I'd like to go back to 24 players.

    Oh, and I'd also like Cyrodiil to work, no lag, and no crashing. Look, I realize it's popular to say that ball groups don't experience the bad performance as bad as everyone else, but I've been a member of an organized raid and the performance is pretty darned bad.

    Fixing performance would be a buff to everyone, but it would be a big buff to my raid if I could guarantee that my skills goes off when Crown calls for them, not 3-5 seconds later.
