Essence of Immovability not working....

The Stealth Detection part of this potion doesn't seem to be working. I had been using the Essence of Detection Potions, which work great, but decided to give these a try and they don't work. I get the immovable effect, but not the Stealth Detection... as there is no "Red Eye" indicator that detection is in effect, nor was I able to spot stealthed characters more than a few meters away around me after using the potion.

Additional Info... I just tried various other iterations of the Immovable line of pots with the stealth detection effect, none seem to work.

Edit: I do see the buff listed under my buffs, but no "red eye".

Two years later and this is still a strange bug. I've been using this exact pot recently in Cyrodiil and the lack of detection has been frustrating.
