@ZOS_GinaBruno Quick question in ticket 210429-005744 Ross stated "If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to create another ticket or reply to this message =)"

Then locked the ticket so no response could be given. Is this a new policy to pretend to offer to continue the conversation when shutting it down?

    Yes the answer provided stated:

    Then closed the ticket. That to me does not seem like I can reply to the message.

    In most commercial ticketing systems, replying to a ticket when it is closed will force it to open again. The ZOS employee above confirmed as much too, why are you still trying to figure it out? Most places close tickets when they think they are done with the issue so it doesn't sit there in the queue.
