Looking for small Vampire sanctuary

I am considering curing my Vampire... for now. I'd like to find a small hideaway to move her Vampire furnishings to because they would no longer be appropriate decor at her current home.

But since I've done this before, and know I will likely go back at some point, it makes sense to set these things up in their own space for when that time comes. I like the idea of these things not being in her personal home anyway, because she likes to "hide in plain sight".

Any ideas for a small, isolated house that would work well for this purpose?

Dunmer and Orcish houses tend to be dark and a good match for vampire and other dark themes, imo.

Velothi Reverie for example is a great house, and can be bought with gold too. 🦇 It has a crypt, a garden, and several separate rooms which you can use or block off as it suits your needs. Kragenhome and Hammerdeath are on the much smaller side, just a single room; while Mournoth Keep is in the same category but has a simpler layout than Velothi.

Domus Phrasticus is a good small-ish house too, and Cliffshade could also work (it's isolated in the sense that it's outside of the city of Marbruk and has no garden and is thus quite private). Of course, other style houses can work well for vampires too, so you can make any home work if it suits your tastes!

I'll check some of those out. I don't want too big because she won't actually live in it, but not sure if one room would be enough. But a couple of these really interest me.

I'm leaning toward Domus Phrasticus. It's a good size with one room on each story, but has a nice sized yard for such a small house. But plan to look around more before I decide.

Gardener house in Wayrest may work. It hase a basrment in stone, a middle and top floor, in the Breton style, and a small courtyard. It would be quite easy to furnish and seal off the basement without making the rest of the house seem limited. It is a mid sized house with a 600 furnishing cap with eso+. It is easy to furnish it completely without it seeming too empty. An added bonus is, it's 50 meters from Rolis Hlaalu and can be bought for gold.
