Sneezing while riding

It's hay fever season where I live and I've just discovered something amusingly awful happens every time I have to sneeze. I mouse steer while holding down the W key to ride so when I let go of the mouse to cover my sneeze, I wind up careening all over the place, sometimes bouncing off trees, sometimes riding off cliffs. I could just do it with the other hand but then I'd stop and while that's safe it just seems like less of a challenge. And it's less amusing. What do you do when you have to sneeze while you're riding top speed across the landscape?

    I usually just turn my head down and to the side and sneeze on the floor or something-- unless it's going to be a really bad one (I'm generally a violent sneezer), in which case I stop what I'm doing so I can sneeze. I usually have to stop what I'm doing in any case, because if I sneeze once then I usually end up having to sneeze several more times, and the only thing that seems to put a stop to it is blowing my nose thoroughly to clear out my sinuses.
    I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

    I play on console, so it's pretty easy on a controller to do mundane tasks like riding or crafting writs with one hand. I'm usually eating/drinking something when I first log on after waking up, so I've gotten used to doing writs with the left hand. Pinky on the left stick, thumb on the right stick. XD

    I only sneeze when I get pepper in my nose and that very rarely happens while I'm riding through Tamriel.

    I just face away from my screen. =)

    Worse is when I am tanking and my nose starts dripping, or I have to sneeze... I fake a lagspike! :grimace:

    Since once I start sneezing, it might be a while until I stop, I just wait until I'm done before continuing.

    Usually fight the sneeze till I'm convinced it's gone, then couple of minutes later sneeze twice violently in a row, swerving off a cliffside to see if guars can fly yet.. Many soul gems... :D
    Edit = Typos ... as usual. <;D

    So, it's Pollen Season and I have two very affectionate cats that insist on sleeping with me despite my allergies, so I, too, do the sneeze and cough. I'm on console, so I keep a thumb on the stick while I bury my face into the crook of my arm. My friend says "gesundheit" badly on purpose. I hear a splash or a thud and blink at the screen and try to figure out where I am now.

    I'd like to say I always keep going one-handed, but would be lying through my teeth if I said I have never sneezed on my monitor. :blush:

    I use the "Autorun" button a lot of the time, so it already only takes only one hand to ride a mount unless I'm using A and D to move at an angle.
