How do I report a player to ZOS without the player present (PS4)?

No, this not a "call out", I will not be sharing their username here, only with ZOS themselves.

This user has been Crown Scamming; offering to sell Crowns, but stealing the gold. They've been in our Guild's blacklist for awhile now over it. Well, they've recently changed their entire PSN to a completely new name. Still scamming, but under a different name. I only caught it as the original note I placed about the user (old name) is still there (new name).

Not only do we not want more people scammed, but stuff like this has the potential to escalate (swatting, stalking, etc). What I mean by "without the player present" is I've reported multiple bots in the past, using the "report player" function. I have no idea where this user is in order to find them and use said function.

Thank you in advance.

You can put in a ticket here on this website. Upper left corner, click support, log in and make a ticket. Just to let you know, ZOS won't do any investigation unless you provide screen shot or video showing what happened. Even with a time stamp, ZOS won't bother looking into the chat logs.

Thank you. I'll see if our scammed Guildmate took a screenshot (that's what got my attention all over again).

Menu, help, report issiue, select report player, enter username, add description.

Edit: you could aswell just write a letter to santa, the outcome would be the same though.

Sony are far too busy retroactively play testing the last game update to ensure you can do basic stuff like take things out of your craft bag and list things in the guild store.

Sony would also ve a good idea to report to. In my experience they are more responsive than zos

Sony doesn't really have an option to report players for in-game behavior. If you go to their PSN profile, you can report them for the content on their profile, their profile name, or you can report a PSN message they sent you - all of these things require you clicking on the offensive content on PSN to report it and to select why you are reporting it (from a selection of pre-determined reasons).

If on any of these things, you select that you are reporting for an in-game action, you get an auto-response that says to report them in the game and not to Sony.
PS5 NA. GM of The PTK's - a free trading guild (CP 500+). Also a werewolf, bites are free when they're available. PSN = DragonRacer13
