For the love of God please fix 0 Stam recovery bug..

For God sake... I’m getting this 0 Stam recovery issue constantly in cyrodil and it’s getting me killed... I have to go into a delve for it to reset but then it occurs again.. it’s not a UI issue so please don’t tell me it is...I’m having to pop pots like crazy to sustain in fights... and then did die to 0 Stam recovery.. bar swapping , sneaking and jumping does not work!!! PLEASE fix this devs... I’m on ps4 NA server... :

Welcome to the club. I've had this bug on all my characters for at least a year now. The only stam character I can PvP on is my NB as a ganker dropping big damage combos out of cloak then going back to stealth almost immediately before I run out of stam. Any fight longer than 7 seconds is an "L" since that's about how long it takes to empty my stam bar, at which point even if I cloak I can't go anywhere.
The only way to get any stam back from the normal recovery stat is to stand still, do nothing that costs stamina for a few seconds, then do a heavy or light attack and you get all the ticks you should have got since the last time did anything that costs stam in one burst. But this means during combat you'll always be at zero effective recovery.
It's not even worth relogging or going into a delve to fix as it just comes back within the first fight or two .

Ok so this bug is caused by the game thinking that you are currently sprinting, blocking, or sneaking.

1. Try going in and out of stealth, blocking for a few seconds, and sprinting for a few seconds to see if it clears up.
2. Try doing a full heavy attack with a lightning or resto staff if you have one on you.
3. Try opening up the crown store, for some reason that clears many weird bugs.
4. Try dying and rezing to see if its gets cleared.
5. Try going into a delve/cheesemonger's hollow.

Hopefully they can fix this bug so we don't have to keep a flowchart of possible solutions taped to our monitors.

The only thing that has worked for me is sneak/unsneak/sneak

For some reason my stam starts up again

Unless I'm dead because I have no stamina,

That does not fix the issue of getting 0 stam regen each time you enter combat. You're basically confirming that once you have this bug in combat, you're screwed and have to run away from combat (most actions above are not possible while in combat), die or get into menus (which will probably get you killed anyway).

Nah they will have to fix it, there is no way you can fix this unless you log into their server and fix code lol.

stam build getting screwed not only in PvE but also PvP lol, seriously ZoS should've just delete stamina all together and change all stamina skill to magicka, and weapon damage scaled to magicka rather than stamina, use stamina only for sprint, sneak etc

thats the easy way and what ZoS usually chose to do

Yes, i see this all the time on my stam chars in cyro and agree that it should be fixed. It's a bit weird that it still happens, after such a long time.
