Remove the "press circle to leave" dungeon button!

This is such an annoying way to implement this. When people leave, sometimes there's one boss left, I have enough time- 2 minutes, if I feel the need to finish it off, or anything else that requires pushing circle, and then what happens? I am forced out...Remove this or make it a combo press, like dpad right with circle...Did you not even think about controller users when putting this in??

I think what would be better is to have the dungeon not reset for for 10 mins or so you can jump back in, and put in a "Reset Dungeon" feature incase you DO want to reset it.

Shouldn't that prompt only happen when you leave the group, or the group is disbanded? Why would the entire group disband when there's just one Boss left?

It seems to me that it already has been made ideal: The timeout after groups disband has been increased so that people have time to finish the quest, but there is also a way to leave immediately and return to where you left off in open world (which there was not when the former was first implemented). Can you not change what key is used to be something more convenient for you?

I would assume they mean the bonus boss where is one.

Also, as a gamepad user on PC, I'm pretty sure you can't specify that particular command to a different button anyway; it's the same button as backing out of other menus regardless. Unless I just missed it in the Controls menu, you're stuck with whatever your normal "cancel action" button is.

Yeah, I also would like Leave Dungeon to be something you couldn't hit by accident.

More than once I've hit the button leaving menus or whatever, just as the other randoms all bailed; but I still had those last after-the-boss chest and heavy sack spots to check! But nope, guess I'm leaving now. Oh well.


By the way, for those that don't know -- there's often bonus chests and heavy sacks to be found after the final boss! Usually ~30 seconds worth of looking can score you some good stuff. Got myself a BSW Inferno staff that way! So, ya know, they're generally worth looking for.

I play with a PS4 controller on PC in gamepad mode, I have changed the key bindings that is far different than the original layout. Such as my Left Shoulder button is Sprint and modifier key, Right Shoulder button is Jump, and both combined is Dodge Roll. Left Shoulder + Triangle is my Pet command, Left Shoulder + X is Synergy. I moved Ability 4 and 5 to the Left and Right Directional buttons, Ultimate is Down Directional button. Toggle Quests is Up Directional button while interact with player is Hold Up Directional button. Left Joystick is Mount and Hold down is Crouch, Right Joystick is weapon Swap and Hold down is open map. The "Share" button is Quickslots.

Wow... that... Well, you definitely win the "Most unique controller layout I've ever seen!" award, haha! That seems crazypants to me, but I'm glad you have that kind of freedom to make a layout that works for you.

What's your Leave Dungeon button, though? Please don't tell me something kooky like "I draw a little frowney face on the touchpad" or something, lol...

If you've found a way to change it, I bet some of us here would love to hear it? Can it be mapped to something other than the "back/cancel" command used in other menus?

Okay there is a way to change it, Its in User Interface Shortcuts and its labeled as... Decline/Negative/Abandon Action

Oddly enough the Touchpad does not work over Steam Big Picture, I had it working back when MotionInJoy was still around and let my firewall block the ads.
