The PTS procs are worse than ever, suggested change.

Currently on the PTS procs can go higher than ever with Caluurion’s easily reaching 27k as it is easy to buff weapon and spell damage with Major and Minor Buffs. I suggest that ZoS just swap it over to Max Stamina and Max Magicka instead, it will force people to build their character differently. Make the threshold at 40k Stamina or Magicka which ever is highest. Then you cap it at no longer scaling past 55k max stats. On top of this you nerf all proc sets by 20% across the board and then add a star in the Warfare tree that can buff proc sets by 20% but have its star cost high... like 50 per stage. This way you have actually implemented a system that forces people to build specifically for proc’s but they have to pay a price for it foregoing Spell and Weapon Damage and most likely Crit Chance/Damage.

Uhm, these are actually great suggestions! Very well thought. I wish player feedback was heard more often, sometimes mature and experienced players know more than game designers.

Or just leave as it is on live and make Nirnhoned armor reduce damage from equipment by few %

Nirnhoned is another matter entirely and it needs looking at for sure. Arguably Nirnhoned should be the best trait available for both weapons and armor but it currently isn’t. (Although if you build correctly you can easily get 20k tool tips on a class spammable). Nirnhoned armor though really needs a buff. A straight percentage reduction could work maybe 2% for small pieces and 3% for large pieces. That would be a total of 17% damage reduction, 20% if using a shield. Maybe that’s too high but 1% on small and 2% on big would still be 10%/12% and still be very appealing.

Or you could like you know.

    Keep procs removed from PvP.

Not sure I agree with that. Proc sets are worthless in PVE. If however they banned them from PVP they would need a significant buff to put them on par with other sets and make them DPS viable.
