Increase of hard freezing and stuttering on PS5

This is getting almost unbearable. I don’t seem to encounter the issue on my base PS4, but my ps5 is freezing often. It happens even when I’m not in combat. I wish I could give an answer of what I’m doing to possible trigger this.. it just seems to happen randomly. I have the digital version of ESO on a PS5 capable of using disc.
Guess I’d like to see if anyone else is having this issue or if I’m just encountering bad luck.
