Outrageous queue times (PS4 NA)

Had two other Guildmates with me, myself a healer, and them a DPS and tank. We queued up for Wayrest Sewers 1 Normal, thinking another DPS would be along any second. Nope. 35 minutes go by, and no one.

So I tried again later, this time alone. After 40 minutes for, again, Wayrest Sewers 1, no dice. Tried a good ol' random. Nope. 30 more dungeonless minutes.

Does not matter what time of day or night. My Healer is CP 515 (ish). This is both normal and veteran.

What time are you running these at? I find I can’t find groups in the early hours on the NA server as a healer.

The one with the three of us was around 4pm MDT, me alone couple different times. Earliest was maybe 10am MDT, latest 10pm MDT

Sometimes the que system can get buggy. If you already have a healer and tank in your group, it's better to reset the que after a few minutes and que again, and if that doesn't work, you all should que individually using the lfg tool and join that way.

@Auberon1983 if you have a 3 man group, I've found its best to give the crown to the DPS and have them queue. For some reason I only get the long delay when the tank or healer queues

Do not queue as a duo or trio, you will not find a group. I don’t know if this is a bug or not.

I queued on my tank with a healer and dps. Took 30 minutes.

I queued on my tank with 2 dps. Took 30 minutes.

I queued alone as a tank. Instant.

Right now the Playstation Network is experiencing issues. So the number of people who can actually log into the game for PS4 and PS5 users is really low. This most likely caused your issue if it was earlier today.

If it wasn't a today issue then it could've just been a bug.

I've had days where we queued for a dungeon as a four man group but it wouldn't actually queue. Leaving it, promoting someone else as leader, and having them queue usually fixes it.
