Hide Unnecessary Buff Visual Effects

I would really like the option to be able to hide effects granted from Armor and some effects like the green effect when Roll Dodging. Maybe it could be a setting like how you can hide Mount Upgrades and Polymorph Helmet. Some of the abilities like the Orbs, the Chudan Lightning, and one of my personal gripes is the Yandir lightning hands. Additionally when we do a dodge roll, I feel like the roll itself is enough of a visual indicator as to what is happening. I don't need my feet lighting up.

Another thought to make this easier for those claiming it's needed for PVP and Dungeon advantage, maybe the feature could have a dropdown where you remove the effect from only your character on your screen, or all characters on your screen. That way people who want to see you have those effects still have the option, while people who are consistently annoyed by the effects like me can turn them off.

i agree. the orbs are the worst imo. i'm not roleplaying as a christmas tree!! :s
chudan annoys me as well, but at least it's more subtle and comes in intervals.

i don't understand why we can't toggle it off for ourselves. as you said, the enemies might need the information, but to the wearer it's not helpful.

I personally would like it not so specific. A simple choice, like most other games offer, of how many "particles" you want to see. The options exist in the games config file, which you can edit manually, but it would be considerably nicer to be able to control this in game on the fly so to speak.

I love the world and turn everything to ultra when exploring... That said, when engaging in Trials or PVP, I want it all turned off, so I can actually see what I am doing and not staring at a '70's hallucinogenic blacklight poster with a disco ball in front of it!

I wish I could turn off the effects of other players.

In particular that stupid Daedra that likes to sit right in my face while I'm trying to tank. I'm not going to lie, but f I could remove that annoying Monster Set from the game I would.

Personally I would also like to be able to turn of specific visual effects in PvE. Some are just WAY too present, like the hatchling shell's shield for example. Being able to turn off specific visual effects would be awesome. But only for PvE, in PvP all visual effects need to stay.

Right, but you don't necessarily need to see your own PVP effects. It could just be other peoples.

Yes, there are so many things that don't require a visual/audio indicator.

False God's, for example. I don't need that LOUD SOUND and the slime effect every time I kill something. I'm aware I've gotten magicka back when my bar suddenly fills up, and I'm aware I have major expedition because I'm going fast. If there has to be a visual indicator the wind streaks are enough.
