I've had an ESO account since ESO went live, but took a long break after reaching veteran status due to being overly jaded by all of the grinding having just abandoned World of Warcraft. One of the things I loved about ESO is that they kept the dream alive for whatever interesting ideas that might pop into ones head, which they ceased to do in WoW (i.e. no more hybrid talent tree specs). I had an interesting idea to combine a werewolf warden with a Tormentor set and an Undertaker set, I would then switch out different monster sets that my Undertaker set would proc. I spent years and months farming and grinding to get this all accomplished. Then it was like as if some disgruntled employee from Blizzard came along to crash the party and declare "procs don't proc procs" like some kind of "God modder". I didn't ask to be grouped up in this devs RP situation, but here we are, playing in this brave new world of "procs don't proc procs". I'm sorry if you feel the need to take offense to this personal experience of mine, but don't you have your own personal "I win" button you all like to flaunt in your demonstrations?
I kind of got that impression, I'd like to thank them personally for the trigger finger that it has caused me.MirandaSharp wrote: »I've had an ESO account since ESO went live, but took a long break after reaching veteran status due to being overly jaded by all of the grinding having just abandoned World of Warcraft. Don't know what country you live in, but pretty much any central bank in the world has an "I win" button, just like Zos has one as well. They'll press it whenever a player thinks he's winning... Just to teach them a lesson!

You spent years farming one dungeon set, one overland set, and a few monster sets?

I have all of the monster sets and their shoulders, except for like maybe one cloth or medium of a couple of sets, but otherwise I got them all. I don't have much to complain about really, but I enjoyed being able to use more than just a handful of monster sets on my werewolf tank.

The actual problem is procs scaling from stats. They shouldn't. They should have a set number so they can be balanced up or down as needed. Then you still get the same effects, just less or more damage/healing/support.
