Housing Bug: access permission changes to "No Access" by itself

It is more than a year that this bug has been brought to the attention of developers. This is the bug that concerns access permissions in houses, which very often set by themselves on "No Access". This bug affects especially those who own multiple houses, like me. I'm asking an urgent fix, based on the very significant video of which I leave here the link.

"HOUSING

Fixed an issue where some homes would ignore the access permissions set by their owner."
And next fix is announced in The Blackwood Chapter and Update 30 patch notes

Fixed an issue that could prevent your permission list from correctly appearing under certain circumstances, resulting in incomplete or empty permission lists.
It's the second fix, and we hope it works this time!
