I think the closest you can get is to equip a long and slender roughly-tail-shaped sword (like the Soul Shriven style, perhaps?) in your off-hand slot.

Squint your eyes real hard, sneak everywhere you go, and it'll kinda-sorta-probably-not-really look like a tail!
