Unstuck not working and kicking me for excessive messaging (spamming)

So, my character is stuck inside a wall in Cyrodiil after using Topling Charge on an enemy. I try to use the /stuck but I get kicked because of spamming (?). Can I get some help? I can't do anything to solve this.
