Long story short, I dont buy eso +. the free eso+ from yesterday is still on my account. I mean, the craft bag is great, but it is hilarious.

There wasn't an ESO plus trial period. What ended was a free play event (where people can play the game without paying for it). Your craft bag is always available to you after your ESO plus period ends, but you won't be able to put any new materials into it until you have ESO plus again. Hope that helps.

Apparently, they tried to start it... wouldn't start... decided to try again later. (PS4, only, I guess)

I don't know, I just pressed the free ESO+ thingy, and it is now stuck on "ends in 0 days"...

If you reported it, enjoy it while the Wheels of Support slowly grind forward. You can't do much more than report it. After that, it is on them.
