Watch the so called unkillable "elite" fight to get this much deserved nerf nerfed :)

In the v7.0.0 PTS Patch notes:
FYI: We just added a missed note in the Combat & Gameplay section -
The Battle Spirit passive now also reduces your Health Recovery by 50%

What it actually means tho is the average people just get farmed even faster. You know the people who are not so good with HoT layers and actively mitigating damage so.. :smirk:

    On other news:

    - Reduced player group size limitations from a global maximum of 24 to 12 in all activities, rather than only in Cyrodiil and Trials.

So smaller groups in IC too, good job ZOS! Eventually ZOS will see the light in capping it to 6 there. ZOS it is time for group member cap of 6, thank you! :)

...Health recovery? You really think the "unkillable elite", as you called them, were using meme builds? Lmao. Pass me some of that popcorn. People were complaining about Crimson, Thews and procs on 50k+ HP builds with %HP heals getting free damage, where exactly are the Health Recovery proc sets that deal damage? Seems like you folks cheer whenever durability takes a hit or tanks are gutted but then throw a massive tantrum when "muh deeps" gets nerfed. At least this change is PvP only, doesn't affect me as much as the Heavy armor penalties and CP changes did. Still don't understand why ZOS can't just balance PvP separately, they clearly have the tools to do so.

Seems like someone didn't see the new tank armor from IC... where you are massively rewarded for standing still and holding block, dodging or leaping. The tank builds will be even more unkillable than ever.

Lol of all new things you mention a set that's not even nearly as good as gaze, not to mention some old sets can hugely outperform the new one.

Sure you can't block damage with it gaze and sacrifice a monster set. But I can already come up with such disgusting ideas it scares me.

Block is only effective against players who don't know what they are doing. Good players will just CC right through it and burst you dead. Maybe if you could actually block CC effects, then it might make you hard to kill. But even then I kind of doubt it, since block disables stamina recovery.

    Trash set.

And if someone is not moving and holding block, I'll just move on. He can stand there all day holding down one button and thinking he's great because he doesn't die.

People with brains have moved on and actually having fun.

I would love to see someone use health recovery in a battleground to become "unkillable". I would pay real money to see it.

Wondering if any of these people replying have ever played a build with 3k health recovery? As long as you keep your heals up your nigh on indestructible 1vs2/3. Pretty sure a lot of currently hard to kill players are wearing beekeeper + endurance back bar.

3k health recovery isn't even that high. I know players who would melt through that like an ice cream in Florida.

It's CP that's making people hard to kill. It isn't the beekeeper set, trust me.

This will hurt yes quite a lot. Health recovery was the way to survive heavily outnumbered since they gave undead passive to many down sides. But with recovery being quite good properly best to look at undead again with these proposed changes.

Patch notes: v7.0.2: Battle Spirit Balance Passive - after more than 30s in combat, you die automatically. This passive is to help new players to compete in Cyrodiil and will prevent unkillable players.

Recovery is halved in combat. And now Battle Spirit halves Health Recovery again. Tell me all about how you invested multiple sets that don't scale based on stats or do damage to get a whopping 3000/4= 750 Health per second when you could have slotted one set, Winter's Respite, that heals for 2358/2= 1179 Health per second in an AOE and scales even harder based on your offensive stats. Health regen builds were a meme, no one took them seriously until someone on the forums made a whine thread about health regen and people who had no idea what they were talking about jumped on the bandwagon. But no, it's gotta be Beekeeper's of all things that's singlehandedly made these builds invincible. Source: trust me dude

People will just swap to healing sets... warden & necro will still be "unkillable", unless you zerg them. If something, it will hurt people who had some health recovery (like 2K), but nothing over the top.
I think 50% nerf is way too much, as ZOS is making yet another stat useless in PvP. 20 or 30% would be much better middle-ground.

I already have the popcorn, when a pver wrote 'Zos delib misunderstood us' in regards to halving their pen instead of making the cp gap less insane.

Well buddy, there was this thing when they took almost EVERY proc set from pvp because 'we asked for it'.

    And people thought it funny.
