Do companion's kill count to your record?

And will they follow you in solo quest ( not arena ) including escape from Coldharbour?

I'm wonder will I finally able to proceed main quest with my pacifist character by using this companion feature.

How do you plan to use the companion if you have to do the questline to summon them on each character? Most quest lines involve going somewhere to kill something or fetch something in an overrun by enemies place?

It is not one character unlock for whole account?

You unlock them with one character but in order to summon or use them on other characters you have to complete the questline on that character. Go check the patch notes it's in there.

It's an account wide collectible, but if you wish to use them on alts, you have to do the intro quest with them.
