Free ESO Plus Trial?

I just received a notice 15 minutes ago about a free eso plus trial but as soon as I received the notification the deadline to sign up has already expired and there is no where to go to capture the offer? Is this a mistake or did I actually have to catch this in the brief amount of minutes that this was available?
