Suggestion: Screenshot mode/alternative camera mode for consoles

Obviously this won't pause the game and any threats near you will still be a problem...it's an MMO after all. But I think a screenshot mode for the quiet areas of the game would be awesome and go a long way in showing console players some love. We want to take pics of our toons as much as the PC people, and right now the vanity camera appears to only be one set distance away from your toon at all times, without being able to zoom in or out. I think a screenshot mode or at the very least different camera options would help out a lot.

This topic resurfaces once in a while. I'm all for the Screenshot mode but I'd like to clarify some misconceptions. PC version doesn't have a Screenshot mode either. All the screenshots are made with the help of the tools that are available in both versions. Those of us who don't use the camera addons (which just allow you to map camera controls on keys) set the parameters manually, meaning we go to the Camera settings and adjust the FOV and position blindly.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question? Consoles do have screenshot mode... is it just the flexibility of camera position that's the issue? I'll admit I haven't played with screenshot mode much to know if it's possible to zoom.

Yeah, the camera flexibility is where I'm having issue. I want to be able to zoom in on my character in an environment, not just in the inventory screen.
