Why PC/NA 2 hrs longer than EU?

Per title, if the game is the same except for localizations seems odd one patch takes 30% longer than the other. Something break on the PC servers?

There is a wobble in the earth caused by the glaciers melting in Greenland moving the poles further east. They had to readjust navigation instruments recently for this phenomenon. Probably has nothing to do with the time difference but at least you have something to talk about while the servers are down.
