invisible/bugged npc's in Daggerfall(PC/EU)

So far I have also noticed that swineherder Wicton is missing and one of the merchants at the mill

My desktop PC specs

Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor
GeForce RTX 3070
16,0 GB Ram

Installed game on SSD(930 GB)

Just checked my internet connection, speed is both 500 mbps down and up with 1 ping, so there is no problem there.
