Verification Email? (PC/NA)

Hello! So im using a @live email and I recently started using a new computer. When I try to play the game, it asks for a verification code sent to my email. However, when I check... there's no email. I tried resending it like 10 times. No email. I added the donotreply email ZOS uses as a priority. I added it to my contacts. I checked my spam. I even lowered all my firewalls and resent the code again. Nothing. I tried changing my email of my account, but the verification code for THAT one never sends either. To the current email or the one im trying to change it to. I'm at a loss of what more I can do :'( I just want to play the game. Any help would be appreciated!

    Having exactly the same problem here. 1:1 (just on PC EU). Customer Support gave me an automated answer and never answered back afterwards

    I did as soon as you responded :) thank you for the quick response though! I have yet to receive a reply or anything from them. Which is sadness because I still can't go online to play the game. I just spent 80$ getting a bunch of DLCs too :cry:

    Have you logged into @live instead of using a local browser?

    Yup! I tried many ways of logging into live. Even tried different browsers XD Nadda

    It's a problem from ESO. I tried to change my email to 3 different domains and nothing changed. It seems that for whatever reason they just don't send out emails for certain accounts.

    I got a person finally and they fixed the issue! Thank you for the help! And that Aurthur and Sarah person that emailed me and helped change my email to one that would work XD

    Having the same issue! With gmail, for both PC NA and EU.
    Updated my graphics driver this morning, now email verification is required to play except I am not getting any emails. I mostly play on NA but when no email showed up, I tried logging into EU. No luck there either. No verification emails.
    I have checked spam folder also, still no verification email. :(

    Going to create a support ticket now.
