Problem with LA and assigned skills to second skill bar

I went to the test dummy and noticed that two of my skills were darkened out and the LA and Hvy attacks were going off but not registering at all. Must be a new feature now eh? Tried a repair but that didn't works.

What skills did you have trouble with? I ask because someone might be able to provide a reason.

I think it was elemental drain and daedric prey. I have damage staves and one pet active. It was working yesterday but today both skills were darkened. Tried moving them around to different slots but still the same result. LA and Hvy attacks firing off but not registering on the target.

yeah, none of my damage stave skills are working and a couple from the mages skills line and both lightning staves to boot. How strange.
