Where is my Battleground Reward?

I completet Random Battleground 2 times in a row and did not get the Purple Reward. I want my purple reward i can earn once a day. This has happened several times now, i complete a battleground and i dont get the Purple Reward. This is very annoying, im trying to collect style pages and those purple reward helps alot. Please fix.
