Psijic Portal motifs?

So have the psijic portal drops been changed to make it so ANY motif can drop in ANY zone or is it still motifs for that specific zone? Cause my friend has just found an Outlaw Motif in Wrothgar and we're like..... HELP 😂

Not sure it's okay, two last times I've got em recently it was corresponding with zone drops.

The only motif I remember finding in a Psijic Portal recently was for the Imperial style, in Cyrodiil.

I haven't gotten anything useful from psijic portals in forever.

Yeah, I usually don't get very much aside from the runes that would drop from a runebox. But I also don't see that many Psijic Portals anymore, possibly because they might be getting farmed heavily by other players.

Hmm, do some players loot the best bits for themselves and leave behind the stuff they don't want? That might explain why I've not been seeing much good loot in the few Psijic Portals that I do see.

Thank you guys! Spoke to another friend last night and he said the same thing about Wrothgar psijic portals and its now got me wondering if this is a Wrothgar thing only or if its an all zones thing...

Wrothgar portals have been bugged since Summerset. They will drop Outlaw and other Hews Bane pages.

I got an outlaw from psijic portal in wrothgar also last week on xbox.
