Claimed Twitch Drops

I claimed 4 drops from Twitch. Three were from today’s stream and 1 was from the previous stream (it was bugged). However, when I logged in I only had 1 crate waiting for me. I then posted on my guilds discord and a few others have the same issue. Anyone else not received all the drops from Twitch?

For me yesterday's stream was bugged. First the drop got stuck at 40% completion vor 20 minutes then 60% after restarting Twitch. Finally, after the stream was over it jump backwards to 46%. Is this worth submitting a ticket over?

How did you get 3 drops today? I could only get one.

I could only get one (it was yesterday night for me in the EU, if we're talking of the same twitch campaign).

If you tried claiming previous ones, they do expire, but don't tell you,so you have to claim as sson as you get them.Yesterday the stream stopped way early,so mine was stuck at 46%,and never got to finish. There's a DE stream runningas I write this started at 11am EST,hopefully it works.

I only claimed 1 previous drop from the last ESO stream. It was bugged during that stream and wouldn’t let me claim it. I posted on here then and a CM linked me to the help page to report the issue but wasn’t clear on what to select when submitting a ticket. When I logged in Twitch to watch the Friday stream the previous crate was claimable.

I claimed 3 other drops from the Friday stream. According to my Twitch account they were claimed. When I logged into the game I only had 1 crate. I watched both streams beginning to end. Twitch FAQ states that the game developers are responsible for sending any in-game rewards that are earned via livestreams. ZoS FAQ, says it could take up to 48 hours for drops to be sent.

I’ll submit an image here showing the drop screen on my Twitch. https://imgur.com/a/ifmXJKm

The Twitch drop counter seems to be based on "campaigns" not per drop event. You only get one crate for this stream. The count you see is the total crates you've claimed since this "campaign" started with the new Twitch crates, and you've claimed 4 cumulatively.
It shows I got 16 for that stream, but I only got one like everyone else. I've just claimed 16 total since they've started drops in this way.
I hope that makes sense to you.

I believe you are wrong. This is how the drops look. The first image was of drops I claimed for that particular stream. The drops usually happen every 15 minutes of continuous watch time.

It was bugged. In my twitch app it showed I claimed 9 crates from today’s stream alone. I am fairly certain it is a visual glitch. Several were able to press and claim consecutively 1 second after another. I only got one crate, which is expected. Ever since they moved from legacy campaigns it is always 1 drop only unless specified specifically in the campaign.

Yes, submit a support ticket. ZOS has fixed crate issues with me in the past and they did a great job with customer service.

What categories do I select? There doesn’t seem to be an option for twitch related issues. Unless I’m overlooking it.

When watching a stream with drops activated, there is a timer next to the text chat box (on iOS at least). When that timer fills, the icon changes to a gift box. Clicking on the gift box adds the drop to your account and the timer starts over. Rinse, repeat. I did this 3 times during the last stream which added 3 drops to my drop page on my account. I already had a drop waiting from the previous stream that I was unable to claim because it was bugged. However, when I went to claim the 3 boxes from the most recent stream, the app allowed me to claim the drop from 2 weeks prior. Making the total of 4 drops.

If this is a visual a bug, then fine. But it’s also misleading. If the stream was to only grant 1 drop after 15 minutes of watch time that should have been stated prior. It wasn’t and this is not the first, or second time even this has happened.

Yea it’s visually bugged. Also if you go in the website under inventory and campaign details, whenever campaign is active, it will tell you “watch X amount of time to claim a CRATE). Singular. If you go in iOS app (which I have) and check same text under drops, it says (quantity: unlimited), which is false, it’s always only one crate per campaign, unless stated otherwise. And when in any stream they announce now, they also always say claim your crate not claim your crates anymore.
