Strange healing using 1h+shield

When using my 1h+shield I get this weird healing shown in green like this (1500). I have checked passives, CP etc and cannot find the cause of this.

If your 1H and shield is a warden with bear slotted and you've got strategic reserve slotted then your bear turns into a replacement for the ring of pale order 8) as you've got 500 ultimate in your pool you are never using so a steady 1500 heal running.

Yes I have strategic reserve and full Ultimate. I just thought it was regen... my regen usually do not show up as healing.

It is regen and it doesn't show up as a heal. Usually (#) indicates blocking

I haven't looked closely enough to see if this is just putting the heal value in the blocking parenthesis.

I don't know what hots if any you've got going. Are you saying you just stand there, hold block, and see this heal with nothing else happening?

Was just grinding a public dungeon so ran nothing. My passive regen is more than enough to keep me at full HP.

Are you and Orc? Might it be:
Increases your Maximum Health by 1000. When you deal damage, you heal for 2125 Health. This can occur once every 4 seconds.

Otherwise, I don't know

Are you using the Master's Sword and Shield? IIRC, the Pierce Armor skill heals you for right around that amount with that set. Probably not the cause, but it was the first thing that came to mind that hasn't been suggested already.

Nord and I was using ny full training trait set of shacklebreaker, brass and can't remember the 2-piece, but it just gives wpn dmg.
