No passive procs

One problem is passive procs. There shouldn't be a single passive proc in the game. Instead they should all be reactive.

For instance instead of just dealing automatic damage, healing, regen etc they should work along these lines when activating - giving a clear proc notification.

1. Your next heal within 5 seconds has x reduced cost
2. Your next snipe within 5 seconds does x% extra damage
3. Your next dodge roll x cheaper

Only reactive stuff... no passive procs.

    Might as well just say there should be no procs then...because no one would choose those options

    Of course they would. The most popular weapon enchant works like that although it gives wpn damage generally.

    Passive non-play is just stupid. The same with high passive regen undermining the the damage/healing balance and the resource management balance.

    Passice play is not gameplay, skill or anything and the RNG nature of some procs make it even more silly

    Possibly not. For that to be perfect it would be best to just enter PvP and just watch as the game does everything for us... we will not feel the lag at all 😁

    But this week on the golden AW vendor.

    (5 items) when you take damage while under 30% health, you heal 11k bla bla... once every 45 seconds.

    You have no control over when it fires, it just happends. Once every 45 seconds. Why did they begin adding so much non-playing nonsense. Instead make sets synergize with different abilitoes and actions the wearer does. Tone it way down and take out the stupid RNG. Or even better just remove all these stupid sets and balance the game to work without them... then come up with new sets that are actually interresting instead of just offering passive healing, damage, CC or whatever.
