Crown store needs an update

The styles (hair, wardrobe) need an update just as the sections with mounts and non-combat pets. The same "items" have been in crown store for years and it sucks because I keep looking for new items to buy. We need completely new and different outfits. They current ones look the same with minor differences with the occasional exception.
We also need much more hairstyles for humans and elves. There is so much that can be done; stuff the crown store with outfits, hairstyles and adornments. There's absolutely no reason for it to be so limited. You can do the same with mounts; I'd pay lots of crowns for NEW types such as gryphons. They can hover over the ground and emulate a regular mount ride; the gryphons don't need to be able to fly but it would be great to have their wings flap. AS for the non-combat pets - just fill up the crown store with all kinds.
There is so much money to be made by being more creative. It's time for the crown store to be updated and packed with new items.

I think it was Rich that in an interview last year said that they're not planning on doing this or allowing hair color changes outside of the character editor.
Of course, they nixed the Alliance Change Token too for a long time, so who knows.0 -

This makes me sad. I'd be ok with still using an appearance change token if they'd just unlock all colours for any race. My kitty wants her Raz-red hair!PS4 EU0 -

But hopefully with the changes to that, it might mean more stuff gets put in the crown store. We shall see.

I don't understand the obsession ZOS has with crates when they can earn just as much on the other parts of the crown store. People will buy if the supply is met which it's not and have not been for many years. They need more imagination regarding the superficial parts of a character. Stack the crown store with much more items. Give us hundreds and hundreds of new hair styles, outfits etc. The current supply is so limited that it's pathetic.
Also, being able to dye the hair would be awesome!0
